World Link for Law, the leading international network of professional legal experts, needed to update its branding and website to reflect its modern approach and values.

MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENT

World Link for Law is one of the largest international legal associations, with 50+ member firms and 64+ offices across 40+ countries, yet its branding and website did not accurately reflect that.

Their existing branding used an old-school colour palette and poor design. The website had poor navigation, limited functionality and made key information hard to find.

HOW ORION LEGAL MARKETING HELPED

We created a series of modern branding options, using colour palettes, including a logo that visually represented World Link For Law’s global connectivity.

The team at Orion Legal Marketing wanted the World Link for Law brand to extend beyond its logo. To achieve the brand’s full potential, we needed to bring the brand to life and ensure consistency across every touchpoint. This included helping define World Link for Law’s core purpose through a new value proposition, explaining the unique benefits they offered and the value they delivered.

We used these statements as the backbone of the new website content and of all subsequent marketing materials to clearly define and support World Link for Law’s brand.

As World Link for Law had a global membership, their online presence was a crucial element of its brand. The Orion Legal Marketing team designed a website to attract members in new jurisdictions and retain existing members through easier navigation and enhanced functionality.

THE RESULT

The new logo and associated branding were unveiled at the World Link for Law’s annual conference in Montreal. Its modern design and branding guidelines reflected its capabilities, values and deliverables as a global association of prestigious law firms.

We also built and launched a new website with an improved UX that encompassed all aspects of the interaction, including navigation, content, and ease of use. New features included member spotlights to highlight capabilities profiles, and improved communication and collaboration between members.

We also designed supporting marketing tools to strengthen the brand, such as a pop-up exhibition stand for events and social media template.
