CASE STUDY: AZJ LEGAL
AZJ LEGAL CASE STUDY
SERVICES: MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANCY
AZJ Legal was at a crucial point in the firm’s development and wanted an objective sounding board to gain feedback, validate business ideas, and refine its marketing and BD strategies.
MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENT
AZJ Legal is an ambitious and agile commercial law firm with a presence in both the UK and Gibraltar. Founder of the firm, Anthony Jimenez, wanted to clearly define the firm’s market positioning to express its unique selling proposition and target its core audience.
The AZJ Legal team approached Orion Legal Marketing for assistance with a process to achieve their goals and for an objective viewpoint to test their business plan.
HOW ORION LEGAL MARKETING HELPED
Orion Legal Marketing began by conducting a virtual ‘Discovery Day’ to help the AZJ Legal team take an objective deep dive into their expertise and capabilities. This included a SWOT analysis and identification of areas of competitive advantage.
We developed different ‘buyer personas’ with the team to help target prospective clients, visualise their motivators, and offer suggestions to improve messaging.
We advised on the new website AZJ Legal was building, covering structure, content, and imagery to ensure it aligned with their market positioning.
We also suggested developing a range of marketing materials to help foster credibility and engagement with target clients, influencers, and international networking groups, where AZJ Legal could develop referral relationships.
THE RESULT
Over the course of a year, Orion Legal Marketing provided the team at AJZ Legal with access to seasoned legal marketing professionals with whom they could test strategies and develop a plan to achieve their growth ambitions.
These discussions helped the AZJ Legal team retain clarity in their market positioning and ensure their BD activities were aligned with their strategic and commercial goals.
