White Collar Legal is an award-winning national paralegal firm that provides services for solicitors, individuals and businesses. As the firm grew, its old website became ungainly and difficult to navigate, and there were issues with security as it was vulnerable to malware. Director Philip Nam approached Orion Legal Marketing, as he knew Rachel Tombs after attending her talks at Paralegal and Law Society Conferences, and felt he could trust her and her team.
Orion Legal Marketing began by mapping out the client journey so that the new website clearly laid out the firm’s offering and key information was easy to find. We ensured there were ample calls to action to turn ‘visits’ to the website into ‘leads’ to generate new enquiries. We assisted with content for key pages, to articulate the benefits of working with the team and small changes such as making the website’s blog more user-friendly and showcasing the firm’s awards and qualifications on a scrolling banner, helped make the site more visually engaging.
To personalise the website so that it reflected the personality of its founder, who is involved with International White Collar Boxing, Rachel Tombs came up with the strapline “Fighting your Corner”, and the team wove the boxing theme throughout the website visuals. We also used a plugin to neatly assemble all of the firm’s reviews from different sources, such as Google, Facebook and Trust Pilot, into one place to provide evidence of their client service and positive feedback.
