Orion Legal Marketing recently became a partner of The Conveyancing Foundation. We think it is a charitable cause ‘suppliers’ to the conveyancing sector, like ourselves, should support. Here’s why.

The Conveyancing Foundation is a zero-profit registered charity whose purpose is to enhance the lives of those in the conveyancing industry and to support the sector’s charity fundraising initiatives. These are two missions we wholly support, so becoming a Conveyancing Foundation Partner seemed like an obvious choice.

At the time of writing, the Conveyancing Foundation has raised £987,755 and looks set to hit the magical £1 million in 2023. The Foundation is championing some fantastic initiatives such as Be Kind We Care, promoting good mental health wellbeing in the sector, and Charity Lotto which helps conveyancers and others in the property industry to raise thousands for their chosen charities. Their Conveyancing Foundation Charity Grant Scheme is a first for the property industry and provides an opportunity for those in the industry to receive grant funding of £2,000 for their chosen charity.

As a partner of The Conveyancing Foundation, your donation will be used entirely to fund the Charity Grant scheme. Your logo will also be promoted in the Foundations’ very active marketing machine. You can also use Conveyancing Foundation, BKWC and Charity Lotto logos on your own materials to promote your own Corporate Social Responsibility commitment.

As a Conveyancing Foundation Partner, we know we will benefit from brand exposure to the conveyancing community, whilst also getting the opportunity to become involved in a range of activities throughout the year which they promote on their website, social media, newsletters, PR, webinars and events etc.

Whilst the residential property industry is large, in many ways it’s a small world. I know through my networking we all seem to know people in common and it’s a sector where relationships are key. We are proud that our brand will be associated with the Foundation’s charity initiatives and hope it demonstrates to the conveyancing market that our support is tangible, not just lip service. We care about the causes our conveyancing clients and would-be clients care about, and we want to help.  

We are also looking forward to supporting The Conveyancing Foundation as they approach their £1miiion fundraising milestone. Being a Conveyancing Foundation Partner shows that we support the conveyancing industry and the charitable causes that they in turn support. It’s a sort of cyclical relationship where everyone benefits, most importantly, the charities that are always in need. Not a bad return for £167 a month!
