JONATHAN LUX CASE STUDY
SERVICES: SOCIAL MEDIA
An acclaimed Mediator, Arbitrator and Barrister needed assistance expanding his mediation practice outside of his established market by building his online presence.
MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENT
I met Rachel at an event I was speaking at 5-6 years ago and could tell instantly that she had a good head on her. Having worked in international arbitration and the commercial shipping sector for many years, I had an established reputation in those circles but I wanted to expand my mediation practice to a wider audience.
To do this I needed help on how best to raise my profile in the general commercial world. Rachel was obviously an expert in social media and agreed to help me develop content for my online posts.
HOW ORION LEGAL MARKETING HELPED
Rachel helped me so that together we created a consistent and professional flow of content and images on my social media platforms, which are helping me to create my brand. As an ex-lawyer she understands the legal context of issues which helps speed up the process of idea origination and implementation.
She is also a good sounding board on other marketing and website issues that have arisen along the way. I am not keen on ‘yes’ people who just agree with you for the sake of it. Rachel will engage in meaningful dialogue regarding all things marketing, providing affirmation or challenging where she feels fit.
THE RESULT
I now get feedback and engagement from my LinkedIn posts as people remark that they find the content and insights interesting. Rachel has also helped me refine my website content and calls to action. Essentially, she has helped me expand my personal brand and build an online presence to establish credibility in new areas.
