A niche New York-based litigation law firm, specialising in helping clients suffering from traumatic brain injuries, wanted to harness the power of LinkedIn to build awareness of its unique offering, differentiate itself online and generate instructions.

We are a personal injury law firm with a practice that focuses on representing victims of brain trauma. Many people did not realise that we, and our in-depth legal expertise existed, to their detriment.
We realised that we did not understand LinkedIn as a social media platform and we needed someone with a specialist skillset to accomplish our goals.
I read a Rachel Tombs posting on LinkedIn and reached out to her for a dialogue. She responded immediately and it was obvious that she has great knowledge of both social media and the law. She understood our practice and what we needed to accomplish as attorneys.
